Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy 


Orders are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be fulfilled. 


Delivery times are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays. Items are shipped by the United States Postal Service. 


Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame. 

Wrong Address Policy:

Oops!  I entered the wrong shipping address... Now what?

We are sorry that this happened.  We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do whatever we can to get your order to you ASAP!

However, we are asking you, the customer, to understand that we are a small business and every time we have to re-ship we end up losing money on the sale.  Not just losing profit, but losing money.  We would like our customers to review and please be understanding of the following policy:

If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender. If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our cost of shipping and a 25% restock penalty. 


Changes & Cancellations: 

Orders are processed immediately after you click the "SUBMIT ORDER" button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change an order once it is submitted. No changes or order cancellations are allowed. 

Local Pickup/Delivery: 

We don't have a storefront for local pick-ups (if we did, we'd invite you to hang out with us every day!), but if you live in the Chicagoland area and need your items ASAP, we just might be able to work something out. If you find yourself in a dull situation and need your fix, send us a message at

*Free Shipping on all orders will be shipped 1st class mail with the United States Postal Service. This can take up to 10 days to receive items, no insurance with this service. 


Return & Exchange Policy

The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returns. 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Discounted items (items purchased with discount codes)

  • Clearance/Sale items

  • Surprise Statement Boxes

  • Bold Sets

  • All Earrings 

  • All Services

All shipping charges are non-refundable. 


Add Insurance to your return shipping:

Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.

Free Gift with Purchase: 

Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or the store credit will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift. 


If your purchase arrives damaged, you must email us (hello@boldaddictions.comwithin 24 hours of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product, also a clear photo of ALL the packaging. 

Based on the photos of the damages:

We will send a pre-paid return authorization label to allow you to return the item(s) back to us within 3 days and send a replacement of the damaged item if it is still available. If the item is not available we will issue a refund, after your return is accepted. Please return ALL Packaging, including the original shipping envelope. 

Returns without these requirements will not be refunded. 


  • Bold Addictions cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged. 

  • Original shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded. 

  • Bold Addictions recommends that you return merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.

  • Bold Addictions will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

  • Bold Addictions reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in Bold Addictions sole discretion.​
