Orders are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed.

Delivery times listed below are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays. Items are shipped by the United States Postal Service.

Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
YES! We offer FREE shipping in the U.S.A. on all orders $75+ after discounts and promo codes. Sorry, No International shipping at this time. 
 
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All in stock orders are quickly shipped within 4 business days. If your order has not shipped within this time frame, it may be because of Missing information - check your email!

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?
Orders are processed immediately after you click the "SUBMIT ORDER" button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change an order once it is submitted.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on your location and shipping method. Shipping times are only estimates and exclude holidays, weekends and unforeseen postal delays. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to expedite it.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 1ST CLASS & PRIORITY? 

When choosing your shipping method at checkout, if 1st class mail is selected your entire order is final sale, no returns, no exchanges. There is no liability for orders that arrive damaged or that get lost. Choosing priority mail will insure your order. 


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. All packages can be tracked on USPS.com

 

I’M LOCAL! CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

We don't have a storefront for local pick-ups (if we did, we'd invite you to hang out with us every day!), but if you live in the Chicago area and need your items ASAP, we just might be able to work something out. If you find yourself in a dull situation and need your fix, send us a message at hello@boldaddictions.com

 

Bold Addictions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. If your package is still no where to be found, please contact us at hello@boldaddictions.com

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless there is a problem with your order such as, your item is out of stock or delayed, we have a no cancellation policy. Once your order has been placed and processed, it will not be cancelled. You must wait to receive your item and then, if applicable, you may send it back for an exchange or refund (shipping charges are non-refundable).


RETURNS 

Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return(s). 

Non Returnable Items: Discounted items, Sale items, Clearance items, Mystery Boxes, Bold Sets, All Earrings. 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 5 days of the delivery of your product. Buyer is responsible for contacting us by email to initiate the return process.

After which, you have an additional 3 days to physically return the item(s) back and provide us the tracking number for a store credit only.

After 5 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted. 

All shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.

 

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE

Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or the store credit will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift. 

 

DAMAGES

If your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us (hello@boldaddictions.com) within 48 hours of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product. Based on the photos of the damages:

We will send a pre-paid return authorization label to allow you to return the item(s) back to us within 3 days and send a replacement of the damaged item if it is still available. If the item is not available we will issue a refund.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Bold Addictions cannot accept returns that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. 
  • Original shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded. 
  • Bold Addictions recommends that you return merchandise via FedEx, UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment.
  • Bold Addictions will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
  • Bold Addictions reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in Bold Addictions sole discretion.
