Orders are processed Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Please allow 2-3 business days for in stock orders to be processed. 

Delivery times listed below are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays. Items are shipped from Flossmoor, IL by USPS. 

Addresses in remote areas may require additional delivery time. We do our best to help your items get to you in time, however, we are not responsible for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame. For guaranteed delivery, please refer to our Express Shipping options.

All express delivery times and prices are based on orders shipping to most major cities. Shipments going to remote locations may require additional charges and an extra business day for delivery.

We want to process your order as quickly as possible, so if you happen to change your mind, send a cancellation request to right away! Note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request to let you know if your cancellation has been processed. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Note that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.


Discounted/Sales/Clearance items are final sale, this includes the use of coupon codes.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 7 days of the delivery of your product. After which, you have an additional 7 days to physically return the item(s) back for a refund/exchange. After 14 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted. Purchases made from a gift certificate will be refunded by an online store credit.  Please return items in original condition (unworn, unaltered, without perfume, without makeup) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.

Buyer is responsible for contacting to initiate return process, and also responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back.

Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
