HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation containing a link to track your package. All standard packages can be tracked on USPS.com
I’M LOCAL! CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We don't have a storefront for local pick-ups (if we did, we'd invite you to hang out with us every day!), but if you live in the Chicago area and need your items ASAP, we just might be able to work something out. If you find yourself in a dull situation and need your fix, send us a message at firstname.lastname@example.org
TRACKING SAYS ARRIVED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following:
- Verify the shipping address on your order that it's correct
- Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
- Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area
- Check to see if your neighbors or someone in your residence accepted it
Bold Addictions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. If your package is still no where to be found, please contact us at email@example.com
EARRINGS ARE NON-RETURNABLE
Discounted/Sales/Clearance items are final sale, this includes the use of coupon codes.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may contact us to initiate the return of your merchandise within 5 days of the delivery of your product. Buyer is responsible for contacting firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process, and also responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back.
After which, you have an additional 3 days to physically return the item(s) back and provide us the tracking number for a store credit only.
After 5 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges shall be accepted.
Please return items in original condition (unworn, unaltered, without perfume, without makeup) with the tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
If your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us (email@example.com) within 48 hours of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the product. Based on the photos of the damages:
We will send a pre-paid return authorization label to allow you to return the item(s) back to us within 3 days of receiving the pre-paid label. Once received, we will fix the item and mail it back to you free of charge.
Or, based on the damage shown in the picture, we will send a replacement of the damaged item if it is still available. If the item is not available we will issue a store credit of the amount paid.
