The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on your location and shipping method. Shipping times are only estimates and exclude holidays, weekends and unforeseen postal delays. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to expedite it.
WHAT ABOUT OUT OF STOCK ITEMS?
Items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly. If an item is re-stocked, it will be available to order again. Otherwise, you may our website as our inventory changes weekly. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation containing a link to track your package. All standard packages can be tracked on USPS.com
I'M LOCAL! CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We don't have a storefront for local pick-ups (if we did, we'd invite you to hang out with us every day!), but if you live in the Chicago area and need your items ASAP, we just might be able to work something out. THE TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER ARRIVED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following:
Verify the shipping address on your order that it's correct
Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area
Check to see if your neighbors or someone in your residence accepted it
Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been marked as delivered before actually arriving

Oh no! We're so sorry - we know how much of a bummer this is. Although we inspect each item before and package them with care, damages and defects may happen. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you!
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
We love that you're giving the gift of sparkle! Although we don't have a gift-wrapping program, all of our pieces come in a luxurious pouch, ready for gifting. You can also ship a package directly to the recipient. Just enter their information in the shipping address upon checkout. Lastly, don't forget to let us know if you'd like us to include a special note or greeting!
I FORGOT TO USE MY PROMO CODE. IS IT TOO LATE?
