If you have a favorite jewelry piece that is broken and needs to be fixed, we can bring it back to life. Send us your jewelry and we'll take care of it for you. We will also quote you a price and timeframe for the repair and/or refurbishment. 

 

STEPS: 


1. Add THIS to your shopping cart & Check out

2. Send us an email with photos of the item (Hello@BoldAddictions.com) 

3. We will contact you (return your email) with our thoughts on if the item can be repaired or refurbished, including cost, and timeframe. 

4. Once we agree on everything and your invoice is paid, that's it! 

We wait to receive the item, start the work and send photos of the finished product. You will get photos of your item, any necessary edits are done and your item is shipped back to you. 

 

Shipping & Returns

New Shipping Policy 2023

Orders placed will be processed within 2-5 business days. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

Free shipping only applies to orders $100+ 

New Returns Policy 2023

Please email us (Hello@BoldAddictions.com) within 5 days from the date of delivery to start the return policy. Return request after 5 days will not be accepted, no exceptions. All returns will receive store credit only.

    Installment Plans

    We offer 2 ways for you to shop now, enjoy your items now and pay for them later. Almost like the old school lay-away but better, you don't have to wait. 

    Option 1: Afterpay

    • Min order amount $75, max $1k
    • Pay in 4, your total order amount is divided into 4 payments 
    • Pay monthly, no interest fees (when you pay on time)
    • No credit checks, no fees, no waiting 

    Option 2: Shop Pay/Affirm 

    • Min order amount $50, max $1k
    • Pay in 12, your total order amount is divided into 12 payments
    • Interest fees apply to orders over $150 with repayment terms of 12 months 
    • Credit reporting for orders over $150 with repayment terms of 12 months
